1. Use of Services
Enriched Journey, LLC offers in-person and virtual holistic wellness services for people and animals, ESA Life Skills Tutoring, workshops, downloadable content, and organizing support. Services are intended for clients who are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings may be made through our online scheduling system, social media channels, or direct communication with Enriched Journey, LLC. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive 10+ minutes late, or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and the session must be rescheduled.
4. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time and maintain respectful communication
- Abstain from arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Refrain from inappropriate behavior or lewd comments
- Maintain appropriate personal hygiene for close-contact services
- Disclose any recent surgeries, illnesses, medications, or medical care
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in session termination without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including website content, workshops, meditations, handouts, documents, downloads, videos, and original photos is the sole property of Enriched Journey, LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
